Clean technologies have a long tradition in Germany. And a bright future. In recent years, most of the worlds market leaders in fields such as solar and wind energy have got started here. Three strong partners are collaborating in Berlin in order to drive forward this dynamic development in the clean-tech sector. With support from the Berlin senate and Berlin Partner GmbH, Berlins Marzahn-Hellersdorf district has launched the new initiative Clean Tech Business Park Berlin-Marzahn in the north-east of the city.
Covering 1,200 hectares, this is the capitals largest industrial and commercial district, and is already providing 2,500 companies from the most diverse sectors with outstanding infrastructure. With local and national funding, a 90-hectare commercial park is being created here, offering optimum conditions for companies specifically involved in the industrial production of solar cells and solar modules, as well as other products from the clean-tech industry.
In the development of the Clean Tech Business Park Berlin-Marzahn, the vogt group SE is the planning and realisation partner for photovoltaic production sites and power plants.
